Yoga and Asana play a vital role to make human body disease free as well as to build a disciplined society. In the present society numbers of antisocial incidents are being organized at different sectors, particularly by the young mass. The influence of T.V, Liquor and politics are the main components of human unrest. Day by day the indiscipline incidents are increasing at an increasing rate. Asa development NGO, JKYC is running a free yoga education centre at its Headquarter Campus, Jankiagarh. The centre is to accommodate people of all aged and the centre is functioning both in morning and evening for one hour. Priority has been given for enrollment of school children and aged people. Presently 15 nos. of school children and 10 nos. of aged people are participating in the daily Yoga classes.
